1. A The chilled water circulating system and the hot water circulating systems may be placed into operation simultaneously.
2. B During the cooling season, in the direction of flow, each terminal unit receives progressively warmer water supplied to its inlet.
3. C During the heating season, in the direction of flow, each terminal unit receives progressively cooler water supplied to its inlet.
4. D The chilled water circulating system and the hot water circulating systems may NOT be placed into operation simultaneously.
