1. A ignore it and continue mouth-to-mouth ventilation
2. B pause for a moment until the patient appears quiet again, then resume ventilation mouth-to-mouth
3. C switch to mouth-to- nose ventilation
4. D turn the patient's body to the side, sweep out the mouth and resume mouth-to- mouth ventilation
