Deck 2014: Safety

1. A complete the stroke, hold your oar out from the boat and level with the water
2. B dip the blade of your oar into the water and leave it there
3. C lift your oar to a vertical position
4. D complete the stroke, raise your oar slightly, swing it forward, and place it in the boat
