1. A The system is not yet locked on to the NCS signal until a log-in command is performed.
2. B Sufficient signal strength on the NCS common channel is being received.
3. C There is company telex traffic being received on the NCS common channel.
4. D The NCS has confirmed log-in status is on so routine traffic can be sent and received.
