GMDSS: Element 7

1. A Tune the transmitter and make a voice call to the other vessel on 2187.5 kHz.
2. B Access the data directory to determine the alternate frequency and then make a voice call to the other vessel on the alternate frequency.
3. C Manually Acknowledge the DSC call on the alternate frequency, then make a voice call to the other vessel on 2182.0 kHz.
4. D Call other vessel on 2182.0 kHz and shift to a proper working frequency.
