GMDSS: Element 7

1. A The system needs only to be commissioned and turned on.
2. B No additional action is necessary after turning on the receiver and aiming the antenna at the desired satellite.
3. C The GMDSS Radio Operator must log-in to the desired satellite.
4. D The GMDSS Radio Operator must log-in to the desired satellite and receive the message reference number (MRN) from the CES.
