2. B Make an "ALL SHIPS" call on all 5 H.F. TELEX frequencies canceling the alert.
3. C Make an "ALL SHIPS" call on the associated 12 MHz J3E frequency canceling the alert.
4. D Send a message to the nearest RCC via Inmarsat canceling the alert.
