1. A Only by Inmarsat-C TELEX with Distress Priority.
2. B Only by Inmarsat-B voice or TELEX with Distress priority.
3. C Preferably by MF/HF voice or TELEX directly to the RCC.
4. D By any of the above methods which will effectively provide Distress communications to an RCC or Coast station without further activations of other Mobile Units' DSC controllers.
