1. A Disinfected and comminuted sewage from an approved system may be discharged into the sea, if the vessel is more than two nautical miles from nearest land.
2. B Disinfected and comminuted sewage from an approved system may be discharged into the sea, if the vessel is more than three nautical miles from nearest land.
3. C Uncomminuted sewage from an approved system may be discharged into the sea, if the vessel is more than six nautical miles from nearest land.
4. D Uncomminuted sewage from an approved system may be discharged into the sea, if the vessel is more than ten nautical miles from nearest land.
