1. A crack open the recirculating line from the DC heater to the condenser hot well
2. B close in on the recirculating line from the DC heater to the condenser hot well
3. C bypass the regulating valve in the condensate recirculating line until the loop refills
4. D close the condenser loop seal valve until the loop refills and reopen slowly
