1. A With the test leads shorted, the pointer should go to infinite ohms, and with the tests leads open, the pointer should go to zero ohms.
2. B With the test leads shorted, the pointer should go to zero ohms, and with the tests leads open, the pointer should go to infinite ohms.
3. C With the test leads shorted or open, the pointer should go to infinite ohms.
4. D With the test leads shorted or open, the pointer should go to zero ohms.
