1. A when the immediate issuance of a Certificate of Inspection  is not possible at the completion of an inspection
2. B until all minor deficiencies (CG-835's) found by the CG inspector during a biannual inspection are corrected, at which time a regular certificate may be issued
3. C to cover an expired permanent Certificate of Inspection provided that the certificate did not expire within 15 days after the vessel left the last port of the U. S.
