1. A the vessel is responsible to provide an inspected oil hose
2. B the bunker facility must be inspected by the designated person-in- charge of the vessel and vice versa for the vessel
3. C vessel and bunker facility must be independently inspected by the designated persons-in- charge
4. D vessel and bunker facility must be inspected by a representative of the Coast Guard Captain of the Port
