1. A Containment drains are prohibited from leading to a common tank.
2. B All containment drains must lead to a common, fixed drain tank.
3. C The containment drains must have quick-closing valves to be closed in the event of leakage or failure of any part of the transfer connection.
4. D The containment may be fixed or portable depending upon the age of the vessel.
