2. B The sea water pressure is always kept higher than the jacket water pressure, and in case of a jacket water cooler leak, the jacket water expansion tank level will increase.
3. C The jacket water pressure is always kept higher than the sea water pressure, and in case of a jacket water cooler leak, the jacket water expansion tank level will decrease.
4. D The sea water pressure is always kept higher than the jacket water pressure, and in case of a jacket water cooler leak, the jacket water expansion tank level will decrease.
