1. A the hydrostatic test shall be applied from the boiler drum to the throttle valve
2. B the hydrostatic test pressure must be maintained on the piping for a minimum of one hour
3. C not less than fifty percent of the lagging shall be removed each time the hydrostatic test is applied
4. D a pipe with a nominal size of six inches or more is not required to be hydrostatically tested
