1. A All mountings, fittings, valves, or other superheater attachments must be of malleable cast iron.
2. B Visible and audible alarms indicating excessive superheat shall be provided.
3. C Safety valves are to be set at 110% of the highest setting of the safety valves on the drum.
4. D A device, actuated by inlet static pressure and designed to function by the bursting of a pressure retaining disk, must be fitted at the outlet of the superheater.
