1. A The heavy fuel oil storage tanks currently on suction (or shall be within 24 hours) should be maintained 5-10oC below the fuel pour point until the fuel is transferred.
2. B The heavy fuel oil storage tanks currently on suction (or shall be within 24 hours) should be maintained 5-10oC above the fuel pour point until the fuel is transferred.
3. C The heavy fuel oil storage tanks currently on suction (or shall be within 24 hours) should be maintained 5-10oC below the fuel flash point until the fuel is transferred.
4. D All the heavy fuel oil storage tanks should be maintained 5-10oC above the fuel pour point for the entire voyage.
