2. B windward monitor and direct the foam onto a vertical surface while standing by with a charged hose to protect the monitor operator with water fog if needed
3. C leeward monitor and direct the foam onto a vertical surface while applying a solid stream of water to wash residual fuel over the side away from the pier
4. D leeward monitor and direct the foam onto a vertical surface while applying water fog to protect the monitor operator
