Deck 2014: Safety

1. A Run it at minimum speed until warmed to operating temperature.
2. B Idle for a brief period of time and then warm up at half speed.
3. C Bring it up to top speed immediately and run until warmed up.
4. D Inject ether into the air intake to shorten warm up time.
