1. A show running lights, anchor lights and deck lights
2. B only show the required anchor lights and keep the rest of the vessel darkened
3. C maintain water on deck with firehoses led out and all-purpose nozzles attached
4. D show anchor lights, deck lights and cargo lights hung over the vessel's side
