1. A FCC type acceptance regulations require that radiated power be kept to a minimum so as to prevent hazard potential.
2. B There is minimal hazard potential as long as the Operator notifies other system users aboard the vessel that the potential exists.
3. C There is equally significant hazard potential from all INMARSAT antenna systems.
4. D The INMARSAT-B ray dome normally prevents nearby persons from being able to determine the direction of the internal antenna.
