1. A have a copy of Radio Navigational Aids
2. B correct the charts of the area to be transited using the Notice(s) to Mariners or foreign equivalent reasonably available
3. C test the primary and secondary steering systems no more than 8 hours before entering
4. D check the magnetic compass for the correct deviation
