1. A push both the head of the tow and the stern of the towboat away from the right hand bank
2. B pull both the head of the tow and the stern of the towboat into the right hand bank
3. C pull the head of the tow into, and push the stern of the towboat away from, the right hand bank
4. D push the head of the tow away from, and pull the stern of the towboat into, the right hand bank
