1. A Hazardous materials that require separation must not be handled at the same time.
2. B A certificate issued by ABS will be accepted as evidence that the vessel complies with all applicable loading regulations.
3. C The shipping papers can be used in lieu of a Dangerous Cargo Manifest for a vessel carrying solid hazardous materials in bulk.
4. D A special permit issued by the Coast Guard is required before bulk solid materials that require special handling are loaded
