1. A When easing out nylon line, keep an extra turn on the bitt to prevent slipping.
2. B Nylon lines which become slippery because of oil or grease should be scrubbed down.
3. C Manila line stoppers should be used for holding nylon hawsers.
4. D Iced-over nylon lines should be thawed and drained before stowing.
