1. A There must be specific instructions for the designated responsible person to follow if your call does not come in on schedule.
2. B The designated responsible person should be over 18 years of age.
3. C The designated responsible person must be instructed to call the Coast Guard search and rescue authorities immediately if your call does not come in on schedule.
4. D There must be a designated responsible person who will be available to receive your call at anytime.
