1. A Such an agreement is prohibited by the Rules.
2. B A vessel which has made such an agreement must also sound whistle signals.
3. C Whistle signals must still be exchanged when passing within half a mile of each other.
4. D If agreement is reached by radiotelephone, whistle signals are optional.
