Define "Continuously". Does that mean: "One blast after the next" or " One perpetual blast"?

Mo, your getting a little too technical here. Continuously sounding the fog whistle makes the most sense given the other answers. This also coincides with emergency signals aboard vessels greater than 100 tons (CFR 46 169.815)
