If its a narrow channel the signals are not the same as International or Inland....Answer is wrong

Rule 34 (narrow channel or fairway) part c:

-Two prolonged blasts followed by two short blasts to mean "I intend to overtake you on your port side"

83.34.(c) (Inland only) does not specify narrow channel or fairway. 2 short blasts is correct answer.
