Engines should never be stopped.

The question doesn't give stopping the engines as an option.
Pe Perrorojo11 · Jan 11, 2018
engines should never be turned off, the question is concerned with the movement of the vessel. slowing, stopping or reversing is not stopping the engines
Ra Ravoli22 · Jan 13, 2018
stopped just means no-propulsion is being used...think of this like shifting to neutral
