site issues / tags

I'm not finding any of the tagging system, and on fire fox the site seems to be loading wrong. I tried to find tags loading the site with internet explorer but still can't find it. There should be a box under the question like the comment box right?

Also I seem to remember that you can upgrade your membership and get access to study guides? Could someone send me more information on a membership upgrade and what that entails?

Vellaiii,

As of right now the tagging system has been removed. We will be working on adding this at a later date. There is also no membership for this site. Everything you see if free and accessible. There will be more updates to come in March/April of 2015.
