| What tests are really necessary, and which ones just pull money out of your wallet? I've heard about hormones, liver tests, lipid profile, but someone advises to take iron and vitamins. Who checks what during the course and how often? | |

| I made a mistake once and went on a course without any tests - as a result, after a couple of months I started having problems with my blood pressure and health. Now I always monitor testosterone, estradiol, prolactin and liver. | Health monitoring is the base. Even if the course is short, without tests you are just playing roulette. And then you wonder why your hormones are jumping or your liver is acting up. It's better to spend a little money on a checkup than on recovery. | |
