Are the answers provided here the exact answer as approved by the Coast Guard exams?

All these questions and answers are directly from the USCG database. How they appear on exams are random.

Hi, I am currently renewing my license and have been reviewing some of these questions by verifying the answer from various sources (CFRs, Knights, "The Google", etc.). Question 2.2.1.5D2-65 appears to be wrong. It should be all of the above. Does anyone agree or disagree? Who updates these questions/answers?
