This makes no sense. If the vessel were heading southeast, we'd see the Green light on the right, as it would be in the bow of the vessel. The masthead light would be to the left of that, and the stern light even farther to the left.

There is nothing to say that the sidelights have to be in the front of the vessel.

I think its a solid question. Makes you think. This is a vessel greater then 50 meters in length (which means a forward and aft white mast light) with a starboard aspect (green running light).

Not thing diffical, you just see the green light at lower that mean show on stbd side. That you can consider to direction as answer choice.

Imagine if it was dead ahead. The sidelight would disappear if the vessel changed course to the left and went past 067.5 degrees and only the stern light would be visible. In this case, the vessel is sighted at 011.25 degrees. The lowest number course the vessel could be on and the green sidelight still be visible is 078.75 degrees and the highest number course would be 191.25 degrees.
