The posted answer is correct...draw it out. You are heading 180 degrees and the contact bears 169 degrees (given that it is one point to port). You will only see the contact's green sidelight if he is heading straight at you (his heading of 349 degrees) or through a 112.5 degree arc to 236.5 degrees. The only choice in this range is NW or 315 degrees. IF the contact were indeed heading SW (225 degrees) she would have a starboard 124 degree angle on the bow, and would therefore be showing her stern light to you, not her sidelight.
