Fog Signal doesn't mean Whistle Signal. SPS is a whistle signal option for Fog. A Fog Signal at anchor is bell/gong. |

My fog signal at anchor is one short one prolonged and one short. In addition to this fog signal leaves me with no other choices. Answer A is correct. But apparently it's not... |
