Corralgang, note that the question specifies INTERNATIONAL ONLY. Paragraph (a) of Rule 34 International only says “in sight”. The INLAND version of Rule 34 includes the half mile limit. |

Doesn’t say how far away the other vessel is to you, you could have 3 miles of visibility . |
