The question is very tricky. WHAT action should you take IF you agree? the tricky part is not that we agree with this but IF we were to agree.......These questions are meant to fail the student who really knows the answers. Shame on you. |

This is not an overtaking. It's a crossing. Vehicle II is the Give way vessel, and Vehicle I is the Stand On. Why are they exchanging overtake on starboard signals????? |
